Community Development (CD) division aims to empower community through physical activities and non-physical activities.

Physical activities include activities such as: infrastructure provision and renovation, toilet renovation and construction for primary schools, library books provision for primary schools, etc.

Non-physical activities include activities such as: skill training, health information dissemination, and business management training.

Before 2007, these activities were managed dependant on grants available and run as a part of social project of WKP for the community. In the future, some of the CD's activities will be done commercially particularly for funds coming from WKP itself.  This will be done in order to reach the sustainability of the CD division.
